Q: What is going on in our building?

A: The landlord, Altus Broadway, LLC is investing in the future of its tenants by making some fantastic upgrades to the common space areas! The Opus Group is doing the build-out in the Broadway properties.

Q: How long will this construction last?

A: Construction is scheduled to begin on December 20th and run through the first week of February 14th, 2020. Sooner if possible!

Q: What is being done?

A: Lobbies and corridors on most floors will get attention, with the special inclusion of a new Grab-n-Go location and Tenant Lounge.

Q: Can I still park in the regular spots?

A: Absolutely! All improvements will be done on the interior of the property only.

Q: Will there be regular access to the building entryways?

A: From time to time, there may be limited access through some entry/exit points (for short periods of time). All emergency exit routes and suite access will be maintained throughout the improvement project. Building management will provide weekly project updates that will notify you if certain access points will be closed for a short period of time.
