Q: What is going on in our building?

A: The landlord, Altus Broadway, LLC is investing in the future of its tenants by making some fantastic upgrades to the common space areas! The Opus Group is doing the build-out in the Broadway properties.

Q: How long will this construction last?

A: Construction is scheduled to begin on November 20th, 2019 and run through the first week of February 2020. Sooner if possible!

Q: What is being done?

A: Aspects of the Fitness Center, Locker Rooms, Grab-n-Go and Conference Room will get attention, as well as corridors and lobbies on each level.

Q: What if I use the fitness center in my building?

A: If you do not already have Fitness Center access at another Broadway building, please reach out to building management to arrange plans for access to the Broadway Place West Fitness Center at no additional cost.

Q: Can I still park in the regular spots?

A: Absolutely! All improvements will be done on the interior of the property only.

Q: Will there be regular access to the building entryways?

A: From time to time, there may be limited access through some entry/exit points (for short periods of time). All emergency exit routes and suite access will be maintained throughout the improvement project. Building management will provide weekly project updates that will notify you if certain access points will be closed for a short period of time.
